The Cake
Each tier of a cake is generally 3 to 4 inches high and includes one layer of filling, frosting, and basic decoration.
Delivery
Due to the rising cost of transportation, our free delivery area is to the Livermore, Dublin, and Pleasanton areas. Deliveries outside these locations will be charged $1.00 per mile and $10.00 per hour for the round trip.
Flowers
Simple butter creme or royal icing flowers ("drop" style) are included. Royal icing flowers which include more detail require an extra fee based on the work required. Gum paste flowers, bows, etc. may incur additional charges.
Fresh Flowers
Fresh flowers are purchased by brides from her chosen florist. Details of sizes, arrangements, and quantities are discussed and confirmed ahead of time. I will charge for the fresh flowers if I need to purchase them for you. The quantity of flowers is based on your cake size or combo of cakes/cupcakes that you choose. Normally a bundle from Costco run $15.99 for 24 roses. If you want two colors it would be 2 x $15.99 for 48 roses. Fillers run $8.99 a bundle. Specific flowers require more research and will incur the current prices. As an example hydrangeas can run from $15.99 to $50.00 depending on season. All flower decisions will be made by 2 weeks before the wedding date.
Toppers
Cake toppers are not included in the price of a cake. You will need to purchase it. Many brides opt for fresh flowers which is very pretty.
Rentals
Rentals of in-stock cake stands, acrylic cake boards, water fountains, plastic filigree, dowels, pillars, and separator plates are generally free but a refundable deposit is required. Refundable deposits are the estimated value of the rented items. You will be charged an applicable replacement fee plus shipping and handling for each item not returned.
